How TLC Started
History of TLC
When the Psalmist says in psalm 119:62: “I rejoiced at your word as one who finds great treasure”
He knew what he was saying, here is the scripture that gave birth to TLC.
Luke 2:10: And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
TKP International Director, Pastor Olusola Adebayo narrated, “The scripture ‘Luke 2:10’ released a torrent of unquenchable fire into my spirit in the year 2000, and then began to pray how God who wants us to go about this, I knew that this revelation of the mind of God concerning Christmas celebration with challenge l change some statusquo.
By the middle of following year 2001, few TKP brethren were gather together so I can share with them the vision that was just coming up, with mixed feelings conquered by the respect they had for the leadership of TKP, All hands were put on deck, the planning began, the mobilization started and by December year 2001, the first edition of TLC held which recorded eighty (80) brethren in attendance and participation.
