The Affairs of TOUCHING LIVES @ CHRISTMAS is overseen by a BOARD OF TRUSTEES; made of reputable people in the Body of Christ namely:
Pastor Olusola ADEBAYO
International Director, TKP/TLC
Pastor Olusola ADEBAYO serves as the International Director of THE KINGDOM PROJECTS (TKP). Since 1996, TKP (the parent body for TOUCHING LIVES AT CHRISTMAS INITIATIVE) has been training and deploying Christian Professionals to various nations to combine their vocation with the spiritual responsibility of making disciples for Jesus Christ. In addition to shepherding and providing leadership for a team of Tentmakers working under TKP, Sola is also neck-deep into training Christian Professionals on discovering the centrality of their profession and standing on it as a platform for local and global missions.
He is the author of God’s Original Design for Your Secular Job, Don’t Die A Dwarf, Check Your Spiritual Carburettor and few others. With his family, he resides in Ilorin, Nigeria and could be reached through tkphq@yahoo.co.uk
Dr. David Olaoluwa Afolabi
Director of Training, TLC
Dr. David Olaoluwa Afolabi is a servant of God whose vision in life is “to be a man after God’s own heart doing all His will, serving my own generation according to the will of God.”
Born in Lagos in1978, he surrendered his life to Jesus Christ at the age of ten and has since been growing in his walk with God and kingdom service. In the course of his secondary and tertiary education, he was privileged to serve in various capacities in interdenominational Christian fellowships Trained as a medical doctor, Dr Afolabi was ordained as a part-time pastor of the Living Faith Church a.k.a Winners Chapel International in June 2009.
Dr Afolabi was divinely connected with The Kingdom Projects (TKP) as partner in rural medical mission work while he was a student at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria in the late 1990s. He was involved in the establishment of Touching Lives at Christmas outreach (TLC, an arm of TKP) in Ibadan and Abeokuta both in the Southwest of Nigeria. At present he serves as a member of the TLC Board of Trustees.
He is happily married to Adetokunbo, a doctor colleague, and they are blessed with two godly boys. They currently reside in Norwich, United Kingdom, where Dr Afolabi works as a Healthcare Chaplain in the National Health Service (NHS).
He qualified as a medical practitioner in January 2003 and became a fellow of the West African college of physicians in November 2013. During his residency (postgraduate) training at Federal Medical Centre, Abeokuta, Ogun State, he served as Assistant General Coordinator and later General Coordinator of the Hospital Christian Fellowship (Chapel of Grace) and was actively involved in establishing and sustaining the preaching of the gospel and soul winning among the patients and staff of the hospital.
In June 2009, Dr Afolabi was ordained as a part-time pastor of the Living Faith Church a.k.a Winners Chapel International. He was subsequently sent for church planting in February 2010 and was privileged to be the pioneer pastor of Living Faith Church, Idi-Aba, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Since joining TKP he has grown in his passion for village evangelism and rural medical mission work. He was involved in the establishment of Touching Lives at Christmas (TLC, an arm of TKP) in Ibadan and Abeokuta both in the Southwest of Nigeria. At present he serves as TLC Coordinator Abeokuta centre and a member of the TLC board of trustees.
Dr Afolabi was appointed Consultant family physician and lecturer 1 at Babcock University Teaching Hospital/Benjamin Carson Snr School of Medicine, Babcock University, Ilisan-Remo, Ogun state in October 2014 and works there till date. He is actively involved in frontline patient care, undergraduate and postgraduate medical training, continuing professional development as well as hospital-based research.
He is happily married to Adetokunbo, a doctor colleague, and they are blessed with two godly boys. His hobbies include studying and teaching the Word of God, listening to and singing hymns and spiritual songs, soul-winning, reading Christian literature, and playing table tennis. He would love to be remembered as an Apostolic doctor with transgenerational impact.
Mr. Temitope AYODELE
Coordinator, TLC Africa
Mr. Temitope AYODELE is passionate about seeing youths come to an understanding of their place in the global purpose of God. He is engaged in mobilization among the youths. He desires to see the Whole Earth filed with the Knowledge of the glory of God as waters cover the sea (Hab 2:14)
He began his missionary career in THE KINGDOM PROJECTS (TKP) as a Volunteer in 2006, later became an Associate and then a Missionary Staff immediately he graduated from the University in 2009.
Tope has found fulfilment serving God as a fulltime Missionary for over a decade. He has been Coordinating Missions in African Campuses (a department in TKP). Recently, the Leadership has saddled him with a bigger responsibility of Coordinating TOUCHING LIVES AT CHRISTMAS – TLC in Africa.
Tope, his wife Gbotemi and their Children are based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Mrs Funmi Adebayo
Deputy Director, TKP/TLC
Funmi Adebayo is a missionary of over three decades and currently still serves as a missionary with THE KINGDOM PROJECTS (TKP) in Nigeria. She is married to Olusola Adebayo (International Director of TKP) and together with her husband has given leadership to the organization since 1996. She is a Christian blogger, a conference speaker and an author. She has authored a number of books on Missions and Adolescent issues and has a number of published Newspaper articles to her credit. She coordinates the Women on Mission Intercessory Group and a prayer movement tagged ‘Around The World’. She reaches her audience with her blogposts through the platform #funmiadebayojournals.
Funmi also runs an NGO that promotes Adolescent Girls’ Sexual and Reproductive Health. She has a burden for the establishment of the Kingdom of God in individual lives, families and Nations of the Earth.
Funmi is a mother and a grandmother and is based together with her husband in Ilorin, Nigeria.
Pastor Philip Kayode AROKOYO
Director of Administration
Pastor Arokoyo Kayode Philip is a minister of the gospel with a passion for the establishment of the Kingdom of God.
He combines secular work and the ministry, with the grace of God evident in both.
He was a two-time Chairman of the Council of Chapel of Glory, Federal Polytechnic Bida, Nigeria and at a time the acting Chaplain. He still serves as the Youth Pastor of the Chapel, a position he has held for close to two decades.
He works as a top-ranking (Directorate cadre) Administrator at the Federal Medical Centre Bida, Nigeria.
Arokoyo Kayode Philip
serves as Coordinator of Touching Lives at Christmas (TLC), Bida Center in Nigeria. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of TLC Initiatives and is the Director of Finance.
He is married and blessed with children
He understudied the pastoral ministry under Rev. Emmanuel Oset; founder, president and senior pastor of Canaan Ministries International (a.k.a Champion’s Church) Ilorin and was ordained a Pastor in 2006.
A holder of a Bsc degree in Economics and a Master degree in Public Administration from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Philip Arokoyo is also a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administrators of Nigeria and a member of three other professional bodies.
He works as a top-ranking Administrator at the Federal Medical; Centre Bida. He has a track record of excellence in secular and ministry work, both of which he still combines at present.
He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Revival Fire Apostolistic Ministry, Ibadan and is presently serving a second term as Chairman of the Chapel Council at the Chapel of Glory, Federal Polytechnic Bida, where he has also served as Youth Pastor for close to a decade now.
He is widely travelled and speaks the 3 major Nigerian languages viz; Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa.
Married to Esther, with whom they are blessed with three sons, Arokoyo Kayode Philip is a member of the Board of Trustees of Touching Lives at Christmas Initiatives.
